2006 VW Jetta TDI no heat, no air , blower works.

Sounds like a problem with either the vacuum system or electronic system of the controller that controls which flaps are open. These flaps direct the air to the window or floor or dash etc.

After filling gas tank car wont start what could be problem?

If car was running normally just before filling tank, most likely fuel pump. If car is gas petrol and not diesel, to test bad fuel pump spray starting fluid in air filter box. If car starts and immediately stops is bad pump. If car still dosent start even with starting fluid be several possibilities; bad battery, starter, alternator, ignotion switch / key tumbler, or bad fuses. Battery, starter, alternator can be tested for free if can get to auto parts store, or aftermarket products like from harbor freight. If those still good check related fuses. If all good then to ignition switch problem which unless you are fully competent mechanic needs to be done by a professional

My car wheel is getting hot what is the reason?

A dragging brake shoe or pad is the usual cause of this symptom. Inspect the brake for contact with the rotor or drum. If a drum brake, back off the self adjuster. If a disk brake, check to see if the caliper piston will retract. You can use a small screwdriver between the rotor and the rear pad to gently pry the pad back. If ir is difficult to pry back, replace the brake caliper and bleed the brake line. If you have more questions or need further instructions, please let us know.

How do you replace rear rotors and brake pads on 2006 Jetta

There is a special tool you need to do this. It is virtually impossible to do without this tool. I got mine from Harbor Freight for $20. the kit comes in an small orange case and has multiple heads and it pushes and turns at the same time. Do not use a C-clamp, it will damage the piston. This tool still does use some manual labor, but it is worth it when you save a few hundred dollars doing it yourself!

Do you live near the sea? Do you use the car to launch a boat ?. The third idea is, how often do you replace the brake fluid. I absorbs water very quickly and corrodes the alloy parts in the callipers. As you pump brakes, it pushes impurities out to the end of the lines. Fronts are closest then rears.

What drive socket do i need to remove front caliper on 2006 vw jetta?

caliper or most brake part bolts are between 10mm and 19mm for the wheel bolts , get a set online if haven't got tools , don't waste time and money just trying to get a particular size as many different manufacturers are used for the same part and may just get one that uses a different bolt head size

if this small "knoch" is a hole then it is best to get a replacement sump. steel sumps have to be removed and properly cleaned and then it is possible to have it welded by a professional welder as the oil in the metal makes welding difficult. and plug considered will only leak when the oil is hot and may not be successful
