First check the fuse, check to see that you get a reading on at least one side. If you have nothing at the fuse, the wire from the battery to the Fuse-box is suspect. If you have a light this wire is not suspect. If you have both sides of the fuse powered, check the wires at the Fan itself for voltage~IF you have voltage the fan will need to be replaced. If you find that you don't have voltage at the FAN and the fuse is good, the wiring from the fuse to the fan is suspect. Thank You for using FixYa.com Come back if needed.

HI, could be the fuel pump. you don't mention the milage but if its high this is a possibility, good luck.

Are your mirrors set to autofold on locking? Sometimes repeated use can eventually break wires causing them to not work at all. However, it's unlikely to happen to both at once. Do you know someone with an advanced diagnostics machine that can access the upper electronics module that deals with mirrors, central locking, electronic seats etc to see if there is a problem there. It could be a fault on the control panel itself. May be worth taking that out and seeing if there are any obvious issues, also check i there is a power supply to it.

You have a slow drain of power inside the car wiring. It could be a relay sticking closed, a short to ground somewhere, or a component using power when it should be switched off like a courtesy lamp. The fuses have to be pulled to find the circuit with the drain.

Sounds like the battery is low on charge or is in need of replacement in most cases.
I would not change the starter until trying a new battery that is fully charged.

either the start stop relay is goosed or the wiper censor has gone also could be the controll stalk on the steering wheel part
