Battery system surge? postive and negetive touched. now i have so many problems . help
Oh dear... shorting out the main battery terminals can cause spectacular electrical problems. If the main 15 amp fuse keeps blowing , it would suggest a dead short. Make sure that any of the smaller cables that are usually fixed to the battery are on the correct posts. The negative battery lead will go directly to the body of the car and or the engine case. The large thick positive, will go to the starter. The smaller wiring usually goes to the fuse box and then to the ignition. You may need an Auto Electrician to suss this one out.
How to aliane marks on cam shaft pulley on mazda protege 2002
1. Remove all spark plugs so that the crank shaft could be rotated easily.
2. Rotate the crankshaft to align the timing mark of the crankshaft gear with the index mark on the engine cover.
3.Rotate the crankshaft +/- 30 degrees to ensure that the valve could not hit the pistons when aligning the camshaft gears.
4. Align the camshafts as described below.
5. Align the crankshaft timing gear with the index mark.
6. Loose and lock the timing bearing at its farther position. Install a timing belt starting from the crankshaft gear, then right cam, then left cam, and at last the timing bearing.
7. Press and hold the timing belt to keep it firm on the gears and loosen the timing bearing. It will get adjusted by itself with the help of spring attached to it. Do not put extra force on the bearing to adjust it more.
8. Confirm the timing marks.

P0301 - Cylinder 1 Misfire DetectedMisfire repair The repair depends on the cause. The key is to have the problem diagnosed properly. Once you know what caused the engine to misfire, you will know what it needs. Don't start by throwing new parts at it. Even if you planning on doing repairs yourself, it's not a bad idea to have the vehicle properly diagnosed at a dealer or reputable repair facility, where technicians have access to up-to-date information, technical service bulletins (TSB) and advanced scan tool. The cost of repair will obviously depend on the problem. For example, if the misfire is caused by a bad on-plug ignition
which is quite common on many newer cars, the repair might involve replacing a bad coil.I suggest to exchange coil #1 with Coil #2 and then scan to see if the code is p0302.That is the coil on top of the plug. You have to remove the wire and the screw.I would
2002 Mazda protege heater only blows cold air and
1. See if simply adding coolant fixes it.
2. Try replacing the thermostat and the radiator cap. One way to check the thermostat is to start the engine and feel the upper radiator hose. The hose should not feel uncomfortably hot until the engine has warmed-up and the thermostat opens. If the hose does not get hot, it means the thermostat is not opening.
2. Look for antifreeze leaks, inspect the radiator, water pump and hoses.
3. If there are no leaks, and the above steps don't correct the problem, you might have a blown head gasket.
