Mazda MPV LED bulb replacement
You might have to take your vehicle to a mechanic for the headlights to be replaced and have a mechanic to replace them for you.

2006 mazda mpv runs with a lot of hesitation while driving. Used spare key runs better but not perfect
Its most likely the spark plug ignition coil(s). There's six. These cars will run forever until they throw a code for which one(s). You'll see lousy gas mileage too. What you can try is drive at a steady speed up a long hill. It'll buck a little but it'll give you a code. #4,5 & 6 are in the front of the engine from passenger to driver's side. #1,2 & 3 are at the back of the engine from passenger to driver's side. They're about $50 each and mine usually go bad one at a time. I'm on my third round of replacing these things.

Car won't start
This is too vague of a question for an appropriate answer. My question is do you have power at all? If so check battery, and terminals. Negative(black) goes to ground, and Positive(red) goes to starter. Could be ignition switch, computer, almost anything. More specifics are needed. Peace. God bless.

My car won't start
Check battery terminals for corrosion (white powdery stuff). Next, test battery for free at auto parts shop. If good, check starter solenoid.

120 amp fuse
It
sounds as if your battery may have come to the end of it's life and
needs replacing. You need to get someone, preferably a garage to check
your battery. If the 120 amp fuse is blowing then their could be other electrical faults on the vehicle. Do not replace the fuse without getting the battery and electrics checked out first.

What would cause jerking and check engine light to be on
The cause is pretty easy to find if you can get to a local parts store....Most of the larger chain stores like Checkers Auto, Advanced Auto, or O'reilllys auto parts stores have a code reader that they will plug into your on board computer, and read the fault codes so you have an idea of what the problem might be.

The code is for the heater in the O2 sensor bank one sensor two. That would be the sensor after the catalytic converter on bank one.It could be the sensor itself or the power supply for the heater.
