Remote key is not working
Hello... not sure were the receiver is but the problem is mostly the remote key lost its pairing to the receiver and the receiver itself is good. Check to make sure the batteries are good in the remote key and change them if need be. Then reprogram the key.
Good Luck....
Remote controll not working not
The best thing to do is:
1- Replace the battery that is located on the back of the remote. If nothing happens then;
2- Try reprogramming the remote control with the car. if you have the original manuals, then it will precisly tell you how to reprogram your remote to successfully communicate with the alarm module in the car.
The problem could also be the Alarm module receiver.
hope that helps. Let me know.
BMW 318ci 2003 Blue Smoke When Engine is Warm
you definitley seem to be getting oil in your combustiion chamber, pull your spark plugs and see if they are coverd in oil. if so your valve seals are bad, if not your piston rings are bad. As far as the kncking noise its hard to tell though a description, id have to hear it, but ill go out on a limb and say its in relation to the leak it could be a piston or valve knock. The garage heard the noise, ididnt so i hope i could help.

Can the vacuum pump cause white smoke
white smoke is caused by coolant leaking into the cylinders. This comes from either a cracked head, or blown head gasket. You're probably also experiencing a slow, steady loss in coolant as well, and in some cases, you may find oil in the coolant, though BMWs don't always do so. It will often happen after it's overheated for some reason, but is not always the case. You need to get your car checked out right away, as this can damage your engine significantly in a short amount of time.
I have a 2002 BMW 325ci and when I shift gears the
hi this sounds like your clutch is on its way out, you can test this by putting the handbrake on as hard as you can ( making sure you are able to take it off )start the vehicle then put the vehicle in gear pref 4th then slowly lift the off the clutch, if it just sits there for a minute or so before it stalls it is the clutch and will need replacing as it should stall as soon as you take your foot of the clutch pedal be sure to do this slowly, do not do it as if your are trying to drive away, just slow...hope this helps please vote thanks
