Is this a convertable car? If so does the roof work?

First open the boot. Pull down the panel on the righthand side and remove the electric tyre inflator. Behind here is an ecu...check the plug has not come adrift

check the linkages gear stick to gearbox may be loose. the lever at the gearbox sits in a slot the bolt holding it may be loose.

Got the same, put roof up manually, also lost indicators. Stuck

As a first course of action I strongly suggest that you put pressure on the cap when turning counter clockwise. This can really happen for there's fuel pressure on the tank.
