Sounds like you might have a wheel speed sensor that has failed. If you have the system scanned it should indicate where the fault lies.

Radiator cooling fans won't work

Just a thought, some makes and models, if you unplug the coolant temp sensor, the fan/s may run? I believe it to be a default setting incase the pcm doesn't see the signal from coolant temp sensor. Any applicable trouble codes? Do you want a wiring diagram for radiator fan?

Torrent steering

Sorry but your not going to get it fxed fast ! Your vehicle has Electric Power Steering (EPS) , an electronic control module makes it work . If this module is bad an need's replacing your going to have to take it to a GM dealer to have it replaced an programmed . The Electric Power Steering (EPS) system reduces the amount of effort needed to steer the vehicle. The system uses the power steering control module (PSCM), torque sensor, power steering motor rotational sensor, power steering motor, discrete battery voltage supply circuit, and the GMLAN serial data circuit to perform the system functions. The PSCM and power steering motor are each serviced separately from the steering column assembly. However, the motor rotational sensor is serviced as part of the power steering motor, and the torque sensor is serviced as part of the steering column assembly. The PSCM also monitors vehicle speed from the engine control module (ECM) via the GMLAN serial data circuit. At low speeds more assist is provided for easy turning during parking maneuvers. At higher speeds less assist is provided for improved road feel and directional stability. Could have DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code's stored , need a professional scan tool to see these code's .

You might have an air pocket trapped in upper radiator hose. If the coolant was low, refill and open bleeder screw to let air out. If you need further help, reach me via phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/chris_b82b45c59bcf133d

A/C button flashes when attempting to turn on A/C, I checked the Freon and it was ok, what could be wrong

The HVAC control head has a problem , Freon would have nothing to do with this . DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes stored in HVAC control panel . A dealer or independent repair facility with a professional grand scan tool can access these codes , not auto zone , pep boys etc... When you push that A/C button the HVAC control module sends a signal to the PCM - engine computer , The PCM then energizes the compressor clutch relay , turning on the compressor . How do I change the temperature coolant sensor in a 2007 pontiac torrent

Locate it near the thermostat. Which is on front of the motor following the the top radiator hose back to the motor . It stops on thermostat housing. The temperature sensor is in the top of the motor it's got a single plug wire with 2 wires in it. Unplug wires use a wrench turn it to the left unscrewing the sensor all the way out using Hi-tech review from the auto parts store red in color apply to the threaded end of the new sensor. Plug in the wires give the Rtv.time to dry. Remove the radiator cap check the coolant level then check the side of over - flow tank also level is marked on the side with a line that says high cold put radiator cap on pushing it down an turn to the right. Hope you are helped by this

Pontiac torrent rear washer problem

The motor is protected with a fuse and a circuit breaker. Check both to see if either need to be replaced. The fuse box is under the dash on the drivers side near the door. Open the box and look on the lid. You will find a list of all fuses, their amperage and what they protect. Remove the correct fuse by pulling it out with the plastic "fuse puller" that is stored in the fuse box cover. It looks similar to a short pair of tweezers. The fuse is burned out and needs to be replaced if the filament in the fuse is burned in half. If the fuse is good, you would next want to remove the wiper motor and use a volt meter to check for voltage between the wires that plug into the motor. Be sure to check for voltage with the wiper motor switch turned on. If you have power then you have bad motor, if you don't have power, you have an electrical problem. The breaker should only turn off if the motor overheats due to something like the wiper being frozen to the window and not able to operate when you turn it on. This should reset once the wipers are turned off and the motor cools.
