over 50 causes. Id never guess. why would I?
what works best is called Diagnosis, saving a ton of cash
on wasted parts Gue$$ing.
i cant decode your post.
Ok tank is full of fuel?. (lots of gas?) so is one of 6 engines not 7.
will not start.
but all cars must crank fast to start. cranking its called.
go to netflix, click, Henry Ford watch him crank his car.
funny to watch, and is why we call it cranking....
my car push starts and gravity starts. (w/starter in car missing)
so does it crank? fast?, the crank shaft pulley in front of
engine spins fast, and then fails to start the engine>?
my wild guess is YES. it cranks good.
i decode "lots of battery "is (cranks fast)?
if yes, check for spark next , even to the point of new spark plugs
got 200k on those spark plugs do you?
ever get a tune up ever?
cranks >>>starts >>>runs...and not stall.
if it has spark ,it will run on test fuel ,does it?
do the full tune up then.

next time you post engine questions, do tell which of 7 engines you have.
1.3 L I4; 1.5 L I4; 1.6 L I4; 1.8 L I4; 2.0 L I4; 2.3 L I4; 1.4 L DieselI4
we can not guess engines, it must be stated.
does your engine have cam timing belt, if yes, ever replace it in
last 60k miles. per the operators guide.?
weights?short block , long block, or long + intake and exhaust and all accessories? no transaxle.my 1.6L naked was 125lbs. i can walk and carry it.my guess is full engine with all accessorie, 225lb.
get in the real world, the car's receiver has to be taught to recognize the transmitter, not the other way around. call a dealer and have him do a needed regular interval maintenance on the car and toss in a free re-setting of the receiver for free.
most flood cars are trouble, the newer cars have so much electronics you normaly have trouble for a long time,it is hard to ever fix one and keep it fixed, good luck
it is probly the rubber bushings need some sort of lube between rubber n steel moving parts when car bounces . u'll need 2 SAFELY lift support car while u remove , lube n replace parts unless u can pump grease though a needle (slowly) it would save u alot of wrenching good luck (safely)
most of these scooters are designed ton run lean. They will start and idle and stall out several time until warm but you cannot accelaerate without it stalling. And that's exactly what they do. There is an air adjustment screw on the bottom of the carb toward the engine side of the intake. Remove the air filter assy and use a small round mechanics mirror to look for it. When you find it use a short strait bit, you've seen them in tool kits they fit in a 1/4 inch socket but you will not use the socket just your finger and adjust out another three turns while running. This make and immediate improvement. Try accelerating after each adjustment, it should accelerate better but may have a slight hesitation yet. It may idle a little faster than you're used to but a small price to pay to get going down the highway. You still may have to move it out further. . Re-install the air cleaner this should remove more hesitation yet. These bike will also run a little on the high side on the temp guage when going down the highway. Still working on that. This is the best you will be able to do with out modifying the jets. Rob - [email protected] on vacation but will be back 7-20-08
let them fix it. we can't see what is going on, blind.
not told
does the starter motor crank fast or not?
or cranks fast but will start the engine.
seemss battery lugs or battery is bad, my wild guess. blind
my guess is starter is dead.
is this UK or India or Australia,.???
no engine told.
let them fix it, .and pay them.
the shop.
There could be a vacuum leak causing this. Check all hoses that they are all connected and not all cracked up. it could be an intake manifold leak you need to check with a little water along the intake manifold to see if it gets sucked in. Some mechanics check by spraying starter fluid around the engine to see if it speeds up from an idle, but that can be dangerous if you have an open spark.
welcome to USA forum
the country with no F6 cars like that here
in fact are illegall to import. (thus no books /parts here)
ask on a Philippines forum>?
Gas engine, generic answers....
stalls have over 50 causes. its a fact
and no person in internet bunny land can guess, yours ever.
unless like Luck of the Irish ,etc.?
why ask at all.? here.
or ask how to DO tests, or get a mech there to fix it (sure)
stalls, in pure physics in a more simple list.
1: lost of 12vdc to the EFI systems controllers, power loss. DC.
2: Bad spark. try new spark plugs yet, called a tune up?
3: bad fueling , it can stop fueling or go too rich called flooding
4: bad engine, yes, engines can fail hot, (head valve stuck open)
or engine cant pump air, filters? or major engine problems.
there are test for each class failure.
the other 3 cause are here. too.
EGR stuck open if fitted, will cause a stall but not driving hard and fast.
CAT melted, blocks exhaust(if fitted) and makes the engine useless as per #4 above.
loss of air. yes.
if the engine, keeps going at stall by the driver
pressing throttle more (this is more air) and engine recovers
then it's a loss of air, in some cases, or EGR stuck.
IF THIS CAN'T PREVENT THE STALL, SAY SO,.
using the right foot actions
there are like 1 to 10 test in a shop to find this.
if can be demonstrated to them.,
let them?>
what's wrong with English , you can see its an english site
AERIO 2008
which engine?
the thermostat is on the end of the long large radiator hose.
the one that gets hot first is that hose.
it goes to the thermostat housing that you must remove.
if car is USA car.
then our book for 4 bucks answers this but is in ENGLISH.
offical USA, Suzuki books, not clones or worse .
