Start checking the oil level, if oil is low then the problem is a leak or weared rings.

If oil level is ok, check that the oil pump has enough pressure.

If oil pump is also fine, then scan the ECU (car computer) and replace the sensor if you do not find anything else being wrong.

This is a potential solution but if you are traveling down the highway and take your foot off the gas (or if you are on cruise no gas is required to maintain your speed) then the instant mpg calculation is similar to this 60 MPH / 0.0 GPH so effectively you end up with infinite gas mileage. But because the motor has to idle it's always using a little gas so it puts a very small number for the denominator which ends up giving you a high MPG. I've seen this happen in many makes of cars and I don't think it's anything to worry about.

Bluetooth is pretty much universal, in that if you have two bluetooth devices and they are paired correctly you should have full connectivity.

Try this. I can't promise this will work though. Make sure the trip meter on the speedometer is set to the odometer. Turn the key off. Push and hold the trip reset button on the speedometer and turn the key on. Hold the button until the light goes out. This works with a lot of cars so maybe it will work on yours. the oil consumption could be worn piston rings or the egr is clogged and forcing oil into the air intake but that new of a car its unlikely unless someone sugared the gas tank the sooty exhaust could be from the oil consumption

Question edited for clarity. Question moved to make model category. Cranking, rotating, turning is all the same thing. Your vehicle is cranking but not firing /starting / running. Did you test the fuel rail fuel pressure with a gauge? On a diesel vehicle it is critical because there is so much pressure in the cylinders trying to force the fuel back. This is such an old thread but if you or come one else has stumbled back upon this thread: When you pull the fuse panel cover off of the drivers side and you see the fuse panel, if you look directly above that panel mount you will see a small-ish hole that goes to the internals of the dash. When you get a flashlight and look in there you will see a relay panel and the closest one to you will be the 384 relay. Most are numbered on a VW/ German Engineered autos but if not that is where it'll be.

find your fuse panel, take the cover off and look at the inside of it. it gives you the fuse location, size and what its for.

Some relays are under the dashboard, driver side. Others could be the engine compartment. Best to look at your owners manual to check location.
