This could be caused from a number of things.

Worn tires uneven read wear
Bad wheel bearings.
You can rule out the brakes by 50% chance of it being this if when your driving it and you stil hear this noise without applying pressure to the break pedal. Although a pad that came off may be stuck on the rotor causing this.
Tires or more like a huming and vibrating.
Bearings are common and sound like a whirling and more pronounced as the speed picks up in the vehicle.

I have an 06 jeep
there may be a way but nothing can be done without a ford scan tool, its like a computer with a newer version software and you try to install an older one,its always in the memory, so the nav must of had a program in it already, you may be able to use it if you could find a way to unlock it,

Runs hot when sitting still and the AC is on.
The radiator fan(s) must come on immediately when the AC is turned on. Blow out the radiator core from the engine side with compressed air to get rid of bugs and other debris. Make sure the radiator cap seal is in good condition (check when cold). Is the engine hot enough to force coolant out of the radiator? Hope some of this helps!

The remote on my 2008 Jeep Commander is totally
try replacing remote batteries, but must have a second programmed key to reset first one in case its gets uncoded, best advise do not take long time to replace battery, if problem persist have a good honest mechanic inspect door key cylinder security switch if it is not disconnected, but before you do this, if right side front door or rear door has cylinder try opening vehicle from this doors, if they unlock vehicle and alarm doesn't go off you might have problems inside driver's door cylinder switch, on this year vehicle must use STAR SCANNER from chrysler jeep dodge to solve problems

Check engime light comes on and off
If you hear any ticking or knocking inside the engine do not drive it. You could change the oil pressure sending unit if there's no noise, most times that will fix the problem. It is advisable to put an external mechanical pressure gauge on there, either temporary or permanent...then, you can read the actual pressure...
I prefer gauges to lights because most time lights (either temp or oil) tell you "you have just blown your engine", instead of warning you when a problem is just beginning.

2006 Jeep Commander AWD 4.7 L. Navigation system is NOT WORKING
Its usually not the nav unit. Best way to find out many dealers have a demo nav disc ask them to pop it in if it works then u know the disc is at fault not the nav unit. The bad news it the disc costs about $300. Hope this helps please rate if it does.

Can't find fuse
easiest way to check is to locate the washer pump on the bottom of the tank, disconnect it, and hook a test light between the two terminals! One will be power and the other ground, so when you hit the washer button, if it lights up, you need a new pump! if it doesn't it is most likely in the switch, cause there are going to be other functions you are missing in your vehicle as the fuse is going to control more than just the w/washers!
