The power scorce isn't the ECM .Test another coil for 12 volts key on run the configuration of the wires in side the connecters will be the same .Then see what is hot in coil B connector if you have the same voltage and tests the same then the coil pack is likely the problem but test the grounds on B and check the main wire OHMS before you start spending money

Do you have a check engine lamp on (MIL) ?? the OBDII port is fused, if that ecm or ecu fuse blows they will not be able to communicate with the computer through the OBDII port, check your owners manual if you can not find that fuse, it is there

tempareture control knob is need to replace

If they made a right hand drive model you would need to get the front clip, steering, harnesses, dash and interior for it. Then have a body shop remove the front of your van and install the front from the right hand drive. Literally everything from the steering wheel forward would have to be removed in order to make it work. You would be looking a tens of thousands of dollars to make this happen. front radiator support is where it's mounted just below hood latch

if the taillights are working the fuse is good as the license light is feed by the same circuit. you will have to check the license light wire back to where it ties into the taillight wire loom as it sounds like there is bad wire. make sure light socket/wire has a good ground.

1. Remove or disconnect the following:
   • Negative battery cable
2. Raise the vehicle and support the fuel tank with a transmission jack.
   • Fuel line from the front of the tank
   • Ground strap
   • Inboard side of the fuel tank straps and front T strap fastener and lower the tank about 6 inches
   • Fuel lines from the fuel pump module
   • Fuel filter
3. Installation is the reverse of removal. Tighten the fuel filter bolts to 40 inch lbs. (4.5 Nm), the main tank straps to 40 ft. lbs. (54 Nm) and the T strap to 250 inch lbs. (28 Nm).
4. Start the engine and check for leaks.
