air contracts in colder air temps and is normal that tires could be a little lower but should be fine when you start driving as the air heats up..if its just one tire check for a leak or something in the tire(small screw, nail) that would cause air to leak out in the cold temps. if all tires are doing that check valve stems and tighten them with valve stem tool available at any auto parts store. If tires were replaced they might not have replaced the valve stems and that could be it too.

ok take the remote push the the key release on the top remove the valet key or door key then hold it firmly in your hand and with one finger push the key release slide all the way over again as if you were removing the key take your other hand and firmly place your thumb on the toyota symbal on the back and push it firmly upward towards the key release the back cover will slide up revealing a small door held on by four very small screws youll need a jewelers or eyeglass philips screwdriver to remove them un do them and out pops the battery its a cr21 just in case you didnt know

if it is not a intelakey then yes. it is a 2 piece cover, just use a flat screw driver to pry it apart and it has a battery similar to a watch inside.
