What does O D on my ford ranger dashboard mean ?
O/D off is indicating that your overdrive has been disabled or turned off. if your vehicle is equipped with overdrive and this is happening then it usually means that overdriver is not engaging properly.
if your vehicle is not eqquipped with overdrive and is happening usually will indicate an electrical short
either way you should consider taking to mechanic shop
Can't remove bolts to mount running boards
Do u or any friends have an air compressor? If u can borrow an impact gun the bolts will come right off. I've had an air compressor for years, purchased an impact driver, can't believe how easy it removes bolts I can't budge. U may be able to rent a portable compressor and impact gun. Hope this helps, good luck, and let me know how it comes out.
2007 Ford Ranger
Hi, I also own a 2007 Ford Ranger. That's the TPMS light. It's telling you the tire pressure is low. Check the tire pressure and if make sure it's where it needs to be (there's a sticker in the door jamb that tells you what the tire pressure should be set to.

Water accidently pet in power steering
You need to drain the power steering, it won't be working fine if u don't correct it now. You must remove one of the hoses, start the vehicle while someone watches the flow of fluid, as soon as it stops draining, turn off the car, reconnect the hose, and fill w/ the proper fluid. To get the air out of the lines, (after refilling to cold mark),start car, turn wheels back and forth several times, recheck level, repeat if necessary countrycurt0

fuses control each side of car so two feeds to rear lights if power lost in both rear lights and front side lights work then its a connection multiblock somewhere but never seen this vehicle in spain so i couldnt tell you where to look only a mechanics logical diagnostics,sorry about this

Checked dtc codes in my
Check and / or replace plugs, wires, distributor cap, coil / coilpack
Change plugs especially if you have over 50k miles on them.
Wires can sometimes have cracks in them causing misfire.

How do I change the front park light bulb on a ford ranger pickup 2007 south African model
Try removing the plastic inner wing panel. It is held on with plastic two-piece plugs which can be removed by using a flat blade screwdriver to remove the centre part of the plug. No all the plugs need to be removed as the panel will bend to give you access. If you see another panel behind this panel, don't panic, simply reach behind and up to access the park light and indicator light bulb holders. They twist anticlockwise to remove them. If need be, someone with a torch can guide you to the bulb holder by looking from above.
