The coolant temp will sometimes

if your temp gauge is going blank several things can cause this. one is a bad wiring connection on the sending unit itself. could be corrosion on the connectors. these types of sending units work like a thermistat they do go bad. but id be looking for a loose ground. since this circuit is grounded to the body you could ground the system by using a set of jumper cables. use one side to ground the battery to the body and the other side to ground the motor to the body and see if it still happens.
a large amount of electrical issues are created by faulty grounds. i usually start by disconnecting the harness from the sending unit and inspecting it,if its not damaged. i would then reground the systems

Where is the location for the relay turn signal 2007 cobalt

You won't find it because........there isn't one. The BCM (body control module) controls the flash. If you have no sound it could be a defective speaker.

Why doesn't it shift to 3rd gear?

Sounds like a speed sensor has failed. Could also be that the transmission fuse has blown. Check fuses and get codes cleared. Other things, that will affect the transmission shift points, would be the manifold absolute pressure MAP sensor, throttle position sensor, PRNDL switch (shifter location switch). Probably just a power issue.

Engine shuts down after 10 minutes of running. It will start again, but 10 minutes later it shut down again.

2007 chevy cobalt ss need help

Sounds like you are not getting the full throw of the slave cylinder. If you do not disengage the clutch completely it will shift hard, and sometimes you have to double clutch like you would an old truck. Have whoever put in your clutch bleed the clutch system again.

Hope this helps.
