I totally agree with Robert Wood. If that has a distributor, take the cap off and have someone turn the ignition key over while you watch the rotor. If the rotor doesnt turn you probably have a broken timimg belt.

Check your height leveling sensors located on the read suspension (left side) and front suspension left side as well.

If you had shocks replaced recently they might have installed it upside down.

Is yours the 4 cylinder engine? There should be another number listed. The exhaust system has 2 sensors for each side, or Bank, of the engine. It will be listed as Bank One Sensor One or Bank One Sensor Two.
Sensor One is always before the Catalytic Converter, often in the exhaust manifold or the first section of the exhaust.
Sensor Two is always after the Catalytic Converter in the exhaust pipe itself.
This will be the repeated on both sides of a V6 or V8 engine. A four cylinder engine will have 2 sensors and a 'V' will have 4 sensors.

Open fuel tank, if you hear large amount of air rusing in this indicates breather on filler cap is defective. It could be that due to this vacuum in the tank that it has collapsed, thus reducing its volume. Check by refill of gas how much it takes to fill up. From empty. Should hold 22.5 gallons if it hold a lot less than this that is the issue. The cap will need replacement as well as the talnk or the tank could be filled with compressed air by a tech to push it back into shape.

Sorry but we would need a much more detailed description of the noise in order to guess what it might be with a chance of accuracy.

By far the best thing you could do is take it to a trusted repairer or other experienced person to hear the noise and make the necessary inspection...

If your tires are correctly inflated, and still the light stays on, do the following:
1. Park in a safe spot with no traffic and switch of the engine
2. Fill the tires to the needed PSI
3. Turn the key to the ON position
4. Press and hold the TPMS reset switch, and stop pressing when the light flashes thrice - now the light won't appear.
If this does not solve the problem, please go to the nearest dealership at the soonest and get your car inspected.

The block heater is installed at the front of the engine to the left. Depending on where you choose to leave the cable, it could be under the bumper, or hanging near the battery or radiator.
