How do you reset roll over on vw eos

The previous answers don't understand the question. The EOS rear headrests deploy upward in 0.25 seconds if the car is in a roll-over accident. I don't know the answer on how to reset them, but these guys didn't understand the question. My guess is it cannot be reset, like an air bag deployment it must be replaced. But that's just a guess.

How to reset tire pressure

Hi, most eos models have the tpms (tyre pressure monitor system) button in the centre, in front of the gear lever. When you have inflated the tires to the correct pressures, hold this button down for 5 seconds. The tpms light will flash once in the dash and the new pressure arenstored.

Hi. it sounds like the cable is adrift. remove the door liner and have a look. the cable simply clips in.

My battery has not been holding the charge. Is there a way of determining if its the battery or the electrical system?

Fully charge the battery, then disconnect it from the car by removing the negative battery terminal. Wait about 24 hours (or however long you state the battery won't hold a charge), then reconnect the negative terminal and try and start the car. If the battery did not drain while it was disconnectesd, then your car is draining the battery while it sits.

Key would not insert in eos 2007. moved the little white tab prohibiting the insertion without much effort. Tab slid back. Key went in. Car will not start?????????

This sounds like the chip in you key is not communicating to allow you to start the car. If you go to a dealer and explain this to them I think they will verify this and get you a new key. The key is usually about 100 dollars.

Where is the battery located on the vw eos v6

usually v w battery locations are under the rear seat,. or in the trunk corner , your owners manual will tell you exact location. look in the back of the owners manual in the index . I hope this was very helpful to you

Jumped the vevicle off and the radio will not come on now nor will it light up. 2007 Volkswagen eos

Hi. There is a fuse in the back of the radio. The unit needs to be removed to replace it.

Weak battery - 2007 VW EOS

I don't think it's a battery. The ticking noise along with the dead battery leads me to believe you might have a belt/pulley issue. The serpentine/accessory belt and pulleys are all part of your charging system. It's how your alternator charges your battery. If there's something up with one of the pulleys or the belt (slipping?) in that system then your battery isn't going to charge properly. I have 6 yrs and 225,000m on my original battery in my Jetta - although I have a new alternator because the pulley fell off of mine...

Convertible top wont go down ??

Check in the trunk to see if the insert that the top sits on is snapped into place. If it is and the top still will not go down, unsnap it and resnap it. There is a sensor that detects if it is in place to prevent the top of the car from being damaged.

How do I repair the inside drivers door latch on my 2007 VW Eos?

It sounds like you have either broken the inside door release or dropped the connecting bar to the latch. If you pull the inside handle, can you see a broken tab? Check the passenger side to see if they look the same when you pull the handle. The handle is spring loaded so it will always return back to its original position even if the connecting bar to the door latch is not connected.
