Please advise me proper maintenance for 2007 jeep
I don't know how much maintenace you have done in the past. Besides the normal inspections of the brakes, fluid levels and oil changes they do recomend changing the spark plugs and the axle fluid at 30,000 miles and adjusting your parking brake cable. hope this helps....

I can closed the back passenger window
IF you can, separate the rubber/felt window seals and see if you can see the top of the window glass. IF you can - use a pair of needle nose pliers and attempt to carefully pull up - making sure you do not crack (shatter) the glass. Once enough glass is exposed - use your fingers to pull-up. While you are pulling--up attempt to raise (up) the window with the window switch. There may be a dead spot on the motor, by pulling-up you advance the motor beyond the dead spot, and the motor MAY re-engage.
IF you can't get the glass up with needle nose pliers, try pushing down on the glass (being careful again) while engaging the window switch to raise (up). Again the idea is to get the motor from the dead spot.
Another way: While engaging the window switch to raise the window - bang (hard) on the door - in various spots to attempt to "vibrate" the motor to engage.
Last but not least: Remove the Inner Door Panel and raise the window by hand, again using the window switch to (maybe) assist you.
I have also (but painfully): separated the window seals and got a piece of duct tape down onto the glass, using a long screw driver to adhere enough of the tape to the glass enough to pull up on the glass. It worked but it needs careful hand control on your part. GO Duct Tape!

My 2007 jeep liberty is not starting, when i turn
From the sound of it ??its more like a battery problem but again without the vehicle in front of me its difficult to diagnose ,best advice i give here is to call the dealers .If moving the gearshift helped then obviously their is a fault with the safety switch ,now if its clicking as well as windows then it could be a low battery.I have had batterys pack up on new cars after less than 6mths befoore now

Hi
Thanks for using FixYa. Remove the screws from the door handle, arm rest,
under door and side of door. Now gently pull back the panel. Also make sure
that the retaining clips are not broken. To access inside of the panel and
window regulator pull back the weather seal. Remove the liner and bolts and unhook
the electrical connector and the window from the regulator. Follow the reverse
steps for installation.
Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or
else revert for further assistance.
Thanks
Rylee

Jeep wrangler change tires..
Changing tires on a 2007 Jeep Wrangler is no different than a typical vehicle. Any local service facility can help out.
If you are wanting to do it yourself:
1. Break the torque on the lug nuts while the vehicle is still on the ground.
2. Jack up the axle using the jack in the trunk (under the panel in the trunk floor)
3. Remove the wheel and tire
4. Replace with the spare or a new tire
5. Tighten the lug nuts to 85-90 ft-lb of torque, make sure you tighten in a star pattern.
