was it raining or very hot.
see if there is anything in common .
these kind of problems can realy make you pull your hair out. unless you can make it act up.

Question edited for clarity. Question moved to model category. The security alarm and engine immobilizer are functions of the Body Control Module (BCM) and the ECM. You can't just pull fuses. no it cant and picking the cylinder probable damaged to where you will now need to replace and programm the system instead of having key[s] made by dealer or an auto approved locksmith using vehicle vin

vehicle rekeyed are keys ign only if so have door slimmed for entry their is no bypass no hotwire have keys cut by vin for vehicle door and order fobs also

Jeep has a service recall for this problem. They did a bad software update to these jeeps and its causing people problems. Go to the dealer and get it serviced for free under this recall. Do not let them do any other work to it. This is a well documented problem. Any other extras are just them trying to shaft you.

while moving , ID say the steering column rear end called the clock spring is bad what can it be,well. not the #4in my list ;1: horn relay bad. 2: clock spring bad., 3: horn switch rear of clock spring bad. 4: BCM failure. 5: A KEY FOB BATTERY NOW LOW AND GOES NUTS AND TRIES TO GO TO PANIC BUTTON MODE. THEN ABORTS 6: ALTERNATOR DEAD AND MAIN BATTERY FALLS TO 10VDC AND any odd thing can happen beeps but for sure lots more. to do any OF THAT the AIR BAGS (srs) MUST BE DEFEATED FIRST AT PROPER FUSES, AND PER THE SHOP MANUAL

which engine it does not have 2 , I hope . the service manual covers that, buy it or rent it online for $20

This might be a long shot but check behind your glove Box and see if you have a cabin air filter

i got a 94 and mine did the same thing. turns out it had a bad fuel pump relay and a bad asd relay. i switched the horn and asd relays with them and it worked like a charm. give it a try, it cost nothing. all those relays are the same

try adjusting the throttle pressure cable located at the throttle body. push in the clip that holds it, remove floor mat on drivers side and fully depress the gas pedal (engine off of course) then release the pedal. the clip should go back to lock position. all this is on the assumption you have the Asian warner aw4 transmission but the procedure is similar for the chrysler trans also

Turn the 4 way switch on and off several times. Sometimes the connection that goes from turn signals and emergency lights get dirty.

If youve replaced all those parts start by checking everything is mounted correctly. If it is even a tiny amount out it will cause issues. Next Re-Bleed the brake system starting with the caliper furthest away from the master cylinder and do the nearest one Last.

Fuel too lean in bank 1. Maybe it has an airleak or a faulty signal from and Lambda O2 sensor.
