My park assist warning come on while driving for no reason

You can take it to your Jeep dealer and have the service department try to flash the computer. This may fix it. If not you will need to purchase a shift control module. They are about $ 590.00. This is a very common problem on the Jeep Cherokees and Grand Cherokees. Hopefully you are under warranty still. If you ignore this problem this is what will eventually happen: You will be driving down the road and your vehicle will not want to go over 15 mph and it will shift erratically. Do not wait to correct this problem or you will regret it. Yes it is a very expensive part, but a computer in itself that the vehicle needs to function correctly.

I have a 2004 jeep grand cherokee limited edition,

Maybe the tires are deformed or of different models/sizes. Switch the left tires with the right ones and see if has an effect. If it's the same then something is wrong to the steering mechanism - take your car to another shop, the one you have used is apparently run by monkeys.

MY ENGINE LIGHT KEEPS COMING ON GIVING A CODE

There is a small leak in the emissions evaporative system somewhere, and the only way to find it, is to take it somewhere that does smoke tests, in other words, they inject smoke into the system to find leaks.
You;ll have to call around to see who does it, most likley a dealer.

The back trunck wont open sometimes it will and

There are a few things you can do, but you need to do this now, before it remains locked and you will be forced to destroy the inner panel to do any repairs. Open up the panel and check that the mechanism is not binding. Use WD40 or other similar lubricant on all moving parts of the latch, lock and electric solenoid. Make sure that the solenoid connections are clean and secure and that it is grounded well. after lubing it, work it numerous times, to get everything free. If it still gives you problems, replace whatever is needed.
