Location of block heater cord on my 2003 chevy silverado
MIne was on the passenger side inside the wire loom next to the shock. You can get to it through the fender well. It just looked like a ball of tape and only the plug itself was exposed with the rest of it doubled back on itself inside the loom. It was actually long enough to stick out of the front of the truck.

How fast are you going in 4 wd? In 4 high 50 mph is plenty fast and 4 low is not a good idea unless you need lots of power at a low speed. It may be "lugging" due to the fact that it does require a good deal of power to operate a second differential - I not sure what your experience is with 4WDs. In my experience I have had to, at times go as far as reversing the vehicle to fully disengage the 4wd after a day on the 4wd trails.
Check engine light came on with a message stating
most times a plugged fuel filter if your truck is a diesel, on the gas engine I have found the yellow wire broken about 2 inches away from the connector that plugs into the throttle body you can pull on the wires and if one starts stretching its broke inside of the sheathing
How to take old spark
Hi,
Spark plugs are some of the most important parts of your car. Engines flatly don't work without them. Please follow the bellow instructions as to how you should replace the spark plugs in your car:-
First you have to remove the negative battery cable. Allow the engine to cool down. Now gain access to the spark plug wires which are located on the side of the engine. Carefully lift the plastic cover on the side to access the spark plug wires. You have to grasp the spark plug wires by the boot of the wire. The wire boot is the cap that connects directly to the Silverado engine. Now turn the boot halfway to the right and then halfway to the left to loosen the wire from the plug. Do it efficiently.
Now attach the socket to the spark plug. Turn the wrench to the left to unscrew and remove the old spark plug. Clean the inside of the wire boot with the wire brush. Lightly spray the boot and threads of the new spark plug with silicone lubricant. After that insert the new spark plug into the engine and manually screw it in place. Use the tension tester tool to find the tension of the spark plug. The appropriate tension level is printed on the spark plugs packaging. Adjust the spark plug to set the required tension. Replace the spark plug wires. Turn the plug back and forth to lock it in place. Replace the plastic cover back onto the engine and return the battery cable to the battery.

I am pretty sure that there are two screws in the arm rest. And the rest are little plastic clips that clip into holes on the door itself. They are a pain to get them loose without breaking them. But you can buy replacements at any auto parts store if you do break them. And they are very hard to get loose. You might have to get a screwdriver and pry between the door and the panel. It is going to feel like it has screws holding it, but they will pop off. I have never removed a door panel without breaking at least one of the plastic clips. And I have removed a whole lot of panels replacing window motors, speakers, window tracks, etc.
Where is the fuse located for the 12 volt power on
Hi, the power terminal to the 7 way , is not hooked up from the factory. In order to hook this up, you must locate 2 wires under the hood. The 1st wire, is between the driver fender, and the fuse box. This wire is red , and taped up. Grab hold od this wire, and pull it out of the tape. It has an eyelet on the end of it. The next wire is below the steering column, same scenario, red wire, with an eyelet, pull this out of the tape, route both wires to the front of the fuse box (underhood), take the cover off of the fuse box, you will find 2 silver threaded dtuds on the front of the fuse panel. 1 larger than the other.route these 2 wires to these two studs, and secure with 2 metric nuts. You will have to get these. does not matter which wires go where, as both studs are battery power, and are both fused. the wires will only go on 1 way anyway. after the nuts are tightened, reinstall the cover, and you will have power at the 7 way. Good luck...

Powertrain Control Module processor fault. It means you are going to have to replace your PCM. You can try to find one at a junkyard, because the dealer will charge an arm and a leg for it.

Have a 2007 chevy 2500
The main fuse box is under the hood on driver side.
There's another on the side of the dash on driver side. Open the door and look right on the side and you'll see the cover. Diagram inside. The 12v lighter is one of the "aux pwr" 20amp fuses.
There's a fuse puller on the inside of the cover along with some spare fuses.

Hello and welcome. you will have to perform the bleed procedure using the fuel prime on the fuel filter housing. there is a pump on top of the fuel filter assembly, on the passenger side of engine.
Open the vent valve screw (1) by turning the screw counterclockwise several full turns.
Operate the priming pump (1) by repeatedly pumping until a small amount of fuel seeps from the vent valve. Allow the pump to fully return upward between pumps. When fuel is present, the filter is full of fuel and the system is primed.
Close the vent valve screw.
I have a 96 silverado K 2500 with roughly 78k
You need to charge it until the gauge reads 0. If your battery has been dead for that long it could well be ruined and need to be replaced. Be sure to take the charger off before you try to start the engine or you could burn out your charger.
