You would help yourself by finding out what codes are present if you have a check engine light. If you do not have check engine light I would make sure there are none before spending any more money.
Where I live most auto parts store will check your codes for free.

Sounds like a starter trying to go out on you. Apparently you have a dead spot or two on the stater (windings) inside the starter. Have you tried having someone turn the key while it won't start and you tap on the starter with a small hammer? Hitting it too hard will damage it. If it starts after one or two taps it more4 than likely is the starter for that jars it enough to make the stater move a bit to make contact and start the vehicle.
