2007 Chevrolet Aveo. No spark and no codes.
If your 2007 Chevrolet Aveo is not producing spark and there are no codes being displayed, it is possible that there may be a problem with the ignition system. Some potential causes for this issue include:
- A faulty ignition control module
- Defective spark plugs or ignition wires
- A problem with the distributor cap or rotor
- A malfunctioning crankshaft position sensor
It is also possible that there may be an issue with the fuel system, such as a clogged fuel filter or a faulty fuel pump.
I recommend having a mechanic diagnose the issue in order to determine the root cause of the problem and recommend the necessary repairs. It is important to address any issues with your vehicle as soon as possible to avoid further damage and to ensure your safety while driving.
2007 chevrolet aveo, replacing gear shift indicator light.
All you gotta do is remove the two screws off the side of the console, then the lil guy that is hidden in the cup holder ?? I pulled mine up she's broke now.... Be sure to get that.!! Then the center shift part just pulls right up with a lil ooomph, also scratch the first part I forgot the trim piece around the shifter and e-brake pulls up lol pop that ( female dog) up then finesse the shift bezel, the light is mounted to it tho so be gentle...! Sorry obviously I had to censor my wording ffs.....
2007 chevy aveo 5 hatchback. Bought the harnes for a new sterio and wired both new harnesses together. no dash lights or tailights work. Now the security system won't turn off.
YIKES!....It's time to reverse engineer your work. Disconnect the work you did and reconnect the wires as they were before you started the project; make sure you take your time.
Once that's done, check to make sure everything is in proper working order- to original design.
Get yourself a wiring diagram specific to your vesicle year, make, and model. Identify an mark the wires accordingly.
Identify and match up the wiring harness of your stereo to those of your car's wiring...if you still have a problem, you may have incompatible stereo wiring to that of your car's or you'll need to bring it to an after market car sound system installer who knows the work-around, to get it installed properly. Time to shell out the $$$
CHEVROLET AVEO ABS PROBLEM???
Most likely one of your ABS Sensor is faulty which return a false value on the system and leads the activation of ABS by itself that is mainly wrong. Better have someone to scan the system. But for me its the ABS Sensor, worst case is the ABS reluctor ring having a crack (hope its not the ring, this will cost a lot).
07 Aveo error codes p2110 and p161b. Can this be a bad battery?
code p2110 refers to throttle actuator control (TAC) system-forced limited rpm mode (limp mode)===causes wiring--tac motor- APP sensor--ECM
it also refers to heated oxygen sensor(HO2S) 1 bank 1 implausible signal===causes wiring .--short to positive-- short to ground--HO2S sensor---ECM
Check/replace the HO2S sensor and check the APP sensor and TAC motor.
