cut off = engine stalls p0016(vvt failures) did you look this up first? in a real kia book? spectra not spectra5 no engine size told. hummmm, 2.0L Automatic? autozoned parts are junk, china cloned parts are. so guessing and adding bad parts gets you where? double bad now. BOOK words to follow Trouble Code: P0016 (2.0L L4 VIN - Auto) Crankshaft Position - Camshaft Position Correlation (Bank 1 Sensor A)and read this. The CVVT (Continuously Variable Valve Timing) system is installed to the chain sprocket of the intake camshaft. This system controls the intake camshaft to provide the optimal valve timing. The PCM controls the Oil Control Valve(OCV), based on the signals output from mass air flow, throttle position and engine coolant temperature. The CVVT controller regulates the intake camshaft angle using oil pressure through the OCV. PCM monitors timing misalignment while no active faults are present and fully warmed up engine oil at idle. If the timing is misaligned PCM determines that a fault exists and a DTC is stored. Possible Causes:

• * Oil level, pressure and condition
• * OCV
• * CVVT
• * Timing mark alignment

note their words, 4 thing wrong, here, VVT is bad. cam shaft sensor error is Trouble Code: P0340 (2.0L L4 VIN - Auto) Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction and you never got that code,

after you fix the low pressure problem, it should reset itself.

Have you tried disconnecting the negative terminal from the battery post and waiting about 20 minutes before reconnecting it.

-Most likely the turn signal relay is bad. -Check it out and replace with new one if it is. You can do yourself. Most car the flash relay or turn signal relay is locate inside under the dash of the driver side or on the kick panel of the driver side. If you see it then just unplug and plug in new one. Your service or check engine lights which is the OBDii system May have Pending Codes because it takes time for the OBDii to get info from the sensors long enough to show the codes, which could be read by a $10.00 bluetooth device from Ebay. right to your phone or tablet!! The ELM 127 or something like that and you get the codes of the car from your phone and perhaps Live diagnostics to show if sensors are giving too high or low of readings. If you buy and ELM get the one with lights, I find i had better luck with it working.

No we have few electrical manuals, but it is my understanding that KIA makes the free for download at the customer/owner support site. You can also try eBay for a used one. It would be better if you posted exactly what problem or problems you are having. Electrical issues are seldom ever related to the wiring itself.

Are the headlight lenses discolored/yellow? If so the lenses will need to be refinished in order for the proper lighting to be emitted.

It is probably the bendix not retracting the gear properly. It could also be the ignition switch, usually when you start it the key moves back a little out of the start position, make sure this is happening. Can you hear the starter when you are in neutral and idling? If so, the gear is not returning, the solenoid is stuck or the wiring is having a problem.

There are a few things I would check...but if it were me..I would contact the insurance company and let them know quickly. It is their job to make sure your car is safe and you as well when you are operating your vehicle. You tell them it is not completely fixed and you pay them for coverage. They are suppoesed to do their job and support their clients. If need be threaten them with an attorney.

check front end components for worn or seized parts, then check tires for a belt separation and dirt build up on rims. if these are good check tire balance.

My name is Dennis and I hope to be of assistance.
I have to assume that you are trying to get the piston to retract into the caliper while trying to put new pads on a disc brake. When the pads are worn down the piston is nearly out of the cylinder of the caliper and when you try to get the piston to go back into the caliper it can **** slightly in the bore of the caliper. Center a "C" clamp in the piston and carefully screw the clamp closed pushing the piston back into the bore. While this is taking place the brake fluid is being forced back int the master cylinder and the going will be slower than you think it should be. Just be aware that you are trying not **** the short stubby piston in it bore as you force it to retract to allow you to put the thicker pads in place.

They should have told you where you bought them... if they are irridiums , no need to gap...

electronic coolant fans (radiator) are controlled by a temperature sensor in the cooling system. It in turns energizers a circuit in the ECM that activates a relay to allow power to the fan. To check the system you have to check that the relay is getting power from the ECM, that the sensor is actually operational and that both fuses are ok. Remember that the fan will not operate unless the coolant temperature is nearing the thermostat opening temperature (from 75 degrees F upwards)
