Lexus RX400h message 'Check Hybrid
Hi, you have done something that is not recommended. Avoid disconnecting the battery because it erases the system info that operates like our brain of the car.
There may be shortcuts but I recon you going to a dealer and reloading the system info. If your battery is low it is a very good move to replace with a new one before it is too late. It is a common problem with Lexus RX H.

My car will not start..."check
This really can't be diagnosed just by reading a description of the problem. The electrical systems on modern cars, especially hybrids, are very complicated. Your best bet is to tow the car to a reputable shop qualified to work on hybrids, or the dealer. Good luck.

Excessive tire wear ... 15,000
The only way a tire can wear out prematurely on the inside in my opinion is if you were driving around with low tire pressure for an extended period of time. Maybe they are saying the tires have what we mechanics call dryrot ? The sun dries the rubber and silicates causing cracks in the tire.I can only give you an opinion in this case without actually inspecting the tires myself off of the rim. Sorry, Hope that helps ? feel free to ask for clarification.

GX470. Why can't it be started?
I don't know the cure but it is probable the car's brain thinks the ignition key is still in the ignition, steering not locked - you did the impossible, probably because the key, lock and interlock is worn and that being so it might be possible with some fiddling and gentle tapping of the lock to either cause the steering to finish locking or to reverse the process.
I think the steering must lock before it will accept the key. If fiddling with it doesn't work, I think it could become expensive and inconvenient.
