iso 9141 that is no OBD2 DTC error that is the protocol name, (usa spec.)you scan the PCM at the 16pin DLC OBD2 port using a scan tool.OBD2 is USA invention that other countries copied, EOBD and JOBD tool.no country told at all. so no real easy answers ever. lacking that.all fuses goodscan DLC port. to see DTC errors.there are like 1000;'s of scan tools sold world wide, none told (yes some brands of tools, yes, (I like this) Laumch(tm) example.boots and shows he port scans. on the screen.from old cars to new. iso-9141 (kline)SAE-j1850 ISO-15765 (modern cars Can_bus 2pins) 2008 and newer cars use this port. only.Your 2014 car uses , can_Bus pins 6 and 14if the cars DLC pin 16 has dead 12vdc on that pin (fuse is blown) commuications will fail and tool is deadusing old 1996-2007 era scan tools on this car is not going to work, .the tool must marked, CAN_BUS READY or fails.

Keep looking for shorts- that's causing the fuse to blow. Probably causing other problems too. Its unusual for a car to have so many electrical shorts unless someone has messed with the wiring.

MOST MODERN CARS THE BCM RUNS LIGHTS. ALL OF THEM AND MORE the only easy cure is remove the battery neg lug off battery and wait 1/2hour and put it back hoping the BCM wakes up. or the brake switch is bad. scanning finds is , why wait to scan it? many places do it for free. or buy the tool and uses it.

An engine that will crank but not start can be tricky to diagnose. First, we can rule out the battery, starter and circuits in-between due to the cranking condition. The three areas to focus our attention on are compression, spark and fuel. Generally speaking, a compression gauge should show each cylinder at above 100 PSI for an engine to run. Low compression would have to be present across all cylinders (or at least one bank on a v-shaped engine) to generate a no-start condition which would be indicative of a timing belt or other mechanical issue. Next, a spark tester should show ignition spark present while the engine is cranking. With a coil-on-plug (COP) setup it would be inconceivable for all six plugs or coils to fail simultaneously, therefore if spark is not present it would point to a crankshaft position sensor (CKP) or other control-side issue. Lastly, there is the fuel system which is two-fold; fuel supply and fuel delivery. Fuel supply is the fuel pump which takes fuel from the tank and supplies it to the fuel rail at the engine. The fuel pump should prime (turn on for a few seconds) when the key is cycled on. Fuel pressure can be checked at the fuel rail for proper operation or alternatively a flammable aerosol such as starting fluid can be sprayed into the intake while cranking to see if the engine runs. Fuel delivery on the other hand consists of the fuel injectors which must be modulated. Much like the ignition coils it is not likely to have six injectors fail at once, therefore if fuel is not injecting into the intake it would point to a camshaft position sensor (CMP) or other control-side issue. Have the codes been deleted ? need to delete the codes otherwise will keep getting the issues

You need a good auto-electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer to read the ECM you have. It is possible that features can be turned on. Really though this is a job for the dealership with their factory software,

I got some info which may help see it but may not be the exact as your car. If you are having some problems with overheating from what I saw looks like you have 2 thermostats and after changing thermostats, you can have air trapped in your engine, which will still allow engine to overheat.

Make sure your temperature sensor for the ECU is operating properly. The computer might be staying in phase lock loop (choke for fuel injected engines) and causing it to run too rich.

Pull the panel real hard to remove,don't use a screw driver or the clips will get damaged.

The lock pin can 'stick' if the weight of the steering is resting on it. turning the steering a small amount each way can release it. What exactly do you mean by 'No Power'. Most electrical items on a vehicle are linked through the ignition so the ignition has to be turned On for the features to work. You can test the power supply by turning on the courtesy light that lights up when you open a door. This isn't ignition controlled so will tell you if there is a power supply to the inside of the vehicle. Check the terminals on the battery are clean as well as the cables that connect to the battery. Are the connectors tightened correctly? If you have no power at all and you are not familiar with vehicle electrics the safest solution is to get a Good Auto Electrician to look at the vehicle. Get 3 or 4 quotes as cost can be very different.

Cars have never had an oil level view unless you were driving a steam powered traction engine :>D The only things that show full to empty are ; Fuel tank Water temperature Battery amps charge Oil PRESSURE (possibly) This is NOT the level.
