My Radio works but none of my buttons work for the radio, climate control and heated seats. It is plugged in. Has anyone ever seen this?

You CCM module (climate control) might be disconnected.
Check if it's plugged in.

Fuel filter may be clogged!
It's attached to the fuel pump.

Drivers power seat wont move forward. Can't push clutch if I can't move the seat forward

Check the two fuse boxes (use your smartphone camera and flash) for anything burned out . Note: There are two fuse boxes, one inside, under the dash and another by the engine.

Owners manual will help you locate the seat power fuse.

I have a'98 Volvo S40 2.0 non turbo, recently it sputter's and idles rough for sometimes 5- 20seconds then suddenly idles smooth. It only run's smooth if allowed to warm up for 5minutes including accelerates rapid. If not allowed to warm up it sputter's and almost stalls. Please assist.

You may have an old engine oil, why don't you have your car service and change oil and oil filter as well. Then if the problem still appears, then that's the time to start tracing where the problem really starts.

Do you have anymore information. If so please forward everything you have regarding this problem. If the car is starting, running but not accelerating there may be a problem with the accelerator pedal position sensor or related circuit. Usually the engine light will turn on because the EMC identified a fault and a code or codes will be stored. If the engine light is on or flashing please have the codes read. 2004 Volvo s40 2.4i need to get key and immobilizer to work properly so if I have the key and matching imoblizer will it work

The easy and cheapest fix is to get a new key cut and tape the head of the original key in close proximity to the halo ring sensor.

My volvo S40 I know has a small leak, I went to top it up with rad fluid and it was thick as mud all grey i use prestone. Can you help me.it is a heat wave

Sounds like you got motor oil in your coolant. What does the motor oil look like on the dipstick? If it's the same milky, muddy color and thick, you need to have some major work done. Either a head gasket or cracked head or block.
If the motor oil looks OK, you need to drain, flush/clean, and refill your cooling system with fresh coolant. I would strongly recommend having an experienced mechanic check it out for you.
