sounds like the ignition lock is worn out.

If the motor is running, and you just can't feel the air it may be that when the filter was changed something fell in and is blocking the airflow. If on the other hand the fan motor is not blowing at all you likely have a bad switch or motor.

The heat for the cabin is taken from the circulating water in the engine cooling system. When you operate the knob/dial, it activates a valve which allows the water to flow through the venting system. It is possible that the valve may be malfunctioning, so that when you return to colder air, the hot water is still circulating.

ok....lets see....there are two speed sensor in the transmission but only one is for the final ratio or vehicle speed, this is located on top off differential case, jack up the car set it on stands and check it with a multimeter, have some one put it in gear and accelerate to increase speed.... watch your reading, if no reading replace sensor, if reading then your problem is in the cluster.
