The IAC is enclosed in the black plastic body which is attached on the side of throttle body, which cannot be opened. You can only clean the throttle body barrel from inside, and re-learn the idle speed control valve.

The heat for the cabin is taken from the circulating water in the engine cooling system. When you operate the knob/dial, it activates a valve which allows the water to flow through the venting system. It is possible that the valve may be malfunctioning, so that when you return to colder air, the hot water is still circulating.

ok....lets see....there are two speed sensor in the transmission but only one is for the final ratio or vehicle speed, this is located on top off differential case, jack up the car set it on stands and check it with a multimeter, have some one put it in gear and accelerate to increase speed.... watch your reading, if no reading replace sensor, if reading then your problem is in the cluster.
