How to disconnect the motor on a driver's side mirror

It is the switch in the mirror motor and it seems to be happening to everyone who owns a Sequoia. The fix is expensive so I figured out if I physically hold both mirrors in place while hitting the console switch to fold the mirrors inward that the mirrors would stay in place and the running motor would shut off.

I have a 2007 toyota sequoia and the rear defroster, rear windshield wiper and the rear window won't go up or down. I first thought it may have been a fuse or something but I can't find a blow

Most likely a break in the wiring harness in the hinge area of the liftgate. Check for power and ground. If you don't have it, it's a wire or ground connection issue.

If disconnect my battery of my toyota sequoia will it disprogram my engine of a 03

What do you mean disprogram your engine of a 03? If you mean will the engine still operate the same, yes it will. If anything, you may need to reset the radio clock (if you have one), maybe reset the radio station presets, and on some vehicles, may need a car code to allow the radio to turn on.

Engine turns over but will not start relay

Another item to check is if you have an aftermaket "coded / chip" key. If so, these may be the cause as they do not always trigger the anti-thief / alarm causing the engine not to start. It will turn over but will not start. Get an original key and again. Also, if you have other coded keys on your key ring, take them off and try again.
