no year? my guess, is you want to know how the auto clear feature works. for autoclearing the DTC errors stored by OBD2 PCM. the FSM covers that, each error, has its own runs. (cycles) here are the rules. on topic, clearing them.

1. push reset on the scan tool,
2. pull the PCM memory fuse. for 5min.
3. pull battery neg. lug for ,5min,
4. drive them off, (per the books rules.

Rollover valve in the tank is stuck. You can remove the hose at the tank and pop it open. But usually will stick again in no time. Replace the tank.

Try using an impact.. above 650lb.. or heat the outer area of the mount with a heat gun.. metal expands when hot. :)

(dont skip steps and win)and if allowed to bounce too much (internal belt damage)then it will jump a cog. and engine will then run like crap.(or boom, bent head valves.)or worse blow up. (interference engines do that)and sure stall. The door lock relays are inside the central door locking module .

filtet ? no year stated, no country no engine of the 4. fuel, ok got fuel. i can not ponder filtet? saying where your hands are touching would help or a photo. or using real car parts names.

You need to take it off the car. should be 2 straps, or 4 bolts ( or nuts) that hold the tank in the car . Watch that you un plug the fuel wires to the tank. Have fun.... Good Luck
