Not good. Its very likely that you have bent some valves on one or both heads. Get a new belt and pulley kit, and install it. By hand, rotate the engine to ensure that NOTHING is jammed. Take the plugs out and do a compression test. If the readings are normal, put the plugs back and start. If not, pull nor or more heads, get them reconditioned nada install new head gaskets.

160,000 km major service. Anything over 150,000, think about getting it done, There's a set of bearing and the hydraulic tensioner (sometimes water pump) as well that should be done at the same time.

15 or 20amp from my search. Look in the lid of the fuse box, it should say.

Or you could look in the owners handbook. Page 353 say it is 20amp :>)

Sounds like your in tank pump isn't working.....and you have no fuel pressure at the fuel rail on the engine. See if you can tell that it turns on when you turn the key on....I'm not familiar with Subarus so I don't know if you can hear them spin up or not......Most any shop can tell you if you have fuel pressure at the rail....the other way is to loosen the fuel line at the rail and turn the key to on ( not crank) and see if you have fuel leaking from the loosened connection.

No - bleeding can be done well statically. Use a bleed tool to help get it right.

After complete - check vacuum lines to master cylinder for cracks or leaks.
