sorry its a renault and as such for this year vehicle uses encrypted software to prevent any home repairs or non dealer garages and to sort it out will require connection to the internet with the dealers digital signature .This is a dealer only repair job and the only thing i will repair in regards to a renault is with a box of matches ,because as far as iam concerned if i never see another renault i will be a happy man .wait till the electric power steering motor behind the dash starts playing up ,and the garage wants to fit a new one then it has to be programmed into the car then they decide it needs a new computer as well ,take my advice and trade it in quick all these renaults are only designed with one thing in mind TO LAY THE GOLDEN EGG FOR THE DEALERS

Did you disconnect the battery? Did you reset the security system and engine immobilizer? Is the antitheft light flashing? ..

There is no such switch in this make.

common fault on old Renaults like this ,the throttle position sensor inside the car ,change it .Don't ask me why but they lose power and will only idle but no faults show anywhere

run the fault codes could be that the EGR valve or solenoid is faulty

Could be a broke or corroded wire.
