Heater is not working right. heat hardly comes out at all. the heat does not keep me warm at all.
GM products have been having problems with their electrical controlled heat/cooling system..the ativator to the duct doors goes bad..one on the driver side is an easier fix but the other near the center can be tricky and labor intensive to repair..Have a mechanic check it out...but before doing that go the your local auto parts and buy a auto heat thermometer that is designed to read air temp out of the heat ducts inside the car. Then let the engine warm up to operating temp...now turn the heat to full heat and place the thermometer in the main vents on the dash. The temp should read in the 70-80 degree range and your heat gauge should read about 1/3 to 1/2 way on the dail....If low heat open the hood and carefully check the upper hose to the radiator that comes out of the top of the engine through the thermostat..it should be hot to the touch and very firm..if warm and squishy you may have low fluid or sticking thermostat..This time of year when heat is required more often thermostats can stick in the open position not allowing the fluid to heat to the higher temp needed for your heating operation....This is a fairly easy and inexpensive repair and can be a DIY ..hopefully this is the problem and not the door activator....just remember to check the fluid level while the engine us off and cool....be careful and good luck..
Where is the keyless entry modual in a pontiac G6 GT 2006
It should be on the rear parcel shelf. That's the small area between the top of the back seat and the rear window.Open your trunk and it is accessible.

Why doesnt my pontiac g6 turn on it makes no nois eor anything and i checked the battery alternator and starter but not the ignition switch
Not enough information.
Is the car completely dead electrically, or does it do things like:
-interior lights operate when door is open
-dash lights operate when key is turned to 'run'
-starter turns when key is turned to 'start'
If you have no electrical power to anything, I would definitely start checking under the hood first. A voltmeter is the tool that will help you the most here.
-Battery terminals tight, battery not dead, cables (both power and ground) carry current where it belongs (zero ohms). Tight electrical connections everywhere.
- The underhood fuse panel contains nearly all the fuses, fusible links, and relays needed for your engine to run. Checking with a voltmeter is quicker than pulling and visually inspecting components.
Why does the rpm fluctuate when at a complete stop?
First check the ECU (engine computer) to see if any codes are being set.The throttle body might be dirty, it might have a clogged fuel filter or the TPS (throttle position sensor) might need to be replaced. I would try typical tune-up maintenance first if that has not been done recently then check the other items I mentioned. There could also be issues with the fuel pump or the ECU (engine computer). Took the Throttle body off, cleaned it (looks like new!!) real good and
then I checked the Module on the side of it for moisture and the
connection!!! Put every thing back together, and so far every thing is
good ( no check engine light- no Reduced Engine Power mode.
I hope helps with this.
