Have peugeot 508 hybrid will not start

now that is major in my book.
sans labor horn parts bad, are cheap.

is jumped guides in the window or bad motor or wires to it damages
find a shop and ask the for a diagnosis first.
then you know what is wrong, as we are blind here./
this is fiddly parts, easy to diagnose and fix both
any shop can do it. no dealers needed.
on old cars ,we OFF the failed door cards, and see window guides a wreck bingo
even remove the motor and move the window by hand see it it jams
if not we make sure 12vdc makes it to the motor failed if not
fuse blow or shorted motor or wires to it.
with meter easy . with out, OMG can only guess as good as you or anyone. gue$$ing is not cheap.

weak car battery? not 13.3 to 15vdc running means
bad alternator it its own fuse blown!
battery cable lugs all 4 ends not loose or rusty.
fuses check all fuses first.
if battery goes weak driving and a bad ALTerator.(ALT)
the voltage falls and computers on board fail or go wacky(chaos)
at 10vdc this can and does happen and the PCM and BCM both.
I call low voltage at the battery or bad fuses.
did you know that huge battery can be also intermittent"
good /bad/weak or wildly intermittent it sure can.!!!!!
so can too, the alternator.
a shop checks all that and more!@ load tests too.
they use the scan tool too, and it may tell you what is wrong.
i guess com2000 is the Peugeot BCM body computer
and it needs 2 things to work clean 12vdc power (fuses and ALT)
it need to communicate to other things, like PCM.
or fails. scan it next. look for comm errors
and more.
I have a peugeot 50cc scooter which when cold will start but dies immediately, after a few starts it will run but as soon as you rev will die again.
Has it been serviced recently? Check the basics for petrol engines. Clean air filter, clean fuel filter, clean oil and oil filter. Is the battery fully charged? Is there fuel in the tank? (Yes, I've done that one). If there is a fuel tap fitted to the bottom of the tank? Is it in the open/run position?
Yours sounds like a fuel supply issue. How old is the bike? Does it idle smoothly when it does run? A good starting place is the fuel pump. Some scooters use a vacuum system for the fuel pump and the rubber diaphragm inside the pump wears out. This doesn't pull the fuel through fast enough and leaks air into the fuel system. This starves the engine of petrol, causing it to stall.
A lot of older bikes also use carburetors which need to have the fuel jets and idle jets cleaned occasionally, especially if there has been poor quality fuel in it at some time. Newer bikes use an injector which can clog up as well but this is less common.
