I am assuming that you used el cheapo oil filter rather than a known brand in the service. Oil filters have a non drain back valve built into the filter to stop your problem but some cheap or wrong filters do not have this valve hence your problem.. The noise goes when the oil pressure fills up all the hydraulic lifters and oil pressure is achieved.

if there are air bubbles while the engine is running it means your head gasket is blown.

Check for defective fuel pressure regulator.Look for fuel laying in the map sensors vacuum hose and look for fuel laying in the air filter inlet hose going to the throttle body.If you see fuel in either of these places then replace the fuel pressure regulator.

either the sensor is not working which i think is in the wing mirror or the actual circuit has failed which is not uncommon,So unless you want to pursue the problem and have a bottomless pocket top throw money at it then just ignore the problem.Did my triumph herald or humber hawk not forgetting a vauxhall 101 have such a thing ,no and yet i still drove them around
