Hi , possible causes for your problem could be , a blown fuse , blocked fuel filter, fuel pump relay, the crank or cam sensor, a faulty pump or wiring supplying negative or or electric voltage . ok, i will try and help you as much as i can. first you should be getting 12 volts a pulse and a ground( negative ). if you're getting the 12 volts and the grounds but no pulse the the car has 2 sensors, one is the cam and the other is the crank. those sensors provide pulse to one for the injectors and the crank is for the coil packs. you can test for pulse by using a noid light or the normal test light. just connect the test light to 12 volts terminal and have someone crank over the engine. if you don't get a low flickering light then you neeed to change the sensor

So, you did not have the welding done with gas, but with electric arc. Anytime a person welds on a car with anything electric, the car's owner must disconnect ALL things electrical, or everything may be toasted, as yours is. The alternator is a self-contained unit, and it either works or doesn't. The alternator has the voltage regulator inside as a part of it. I believe you may be needing an ECU, which is the brain of the car, however, because of the damage caused by an uninformed person, your car may never be fixed, because some wires may have shorted out (melted together) inside on of the wire harnesses that are all over your car. I think the best you can hope for is that it runs, and the alternator charges the battery as needed. I think the alternator is supposed to put out about 13.1 volts. If you look up an ECU on e-bay, you will notice there are repair services who can repair your ECU. I have used them several times, and this has worked well for me. Sorry. Be blessed.

You don't say what kind of welding you had done or where but I can tell you that if it was a MIG welder or an ARC welder and they didn't take the appropriate precautions this could very well messed your car up and ruined the ECU.Your alternator should be charging from 13.2 to 14 volts.Check the ground on the battery to make sure you have a good circuit. The fact that the car will start is a good thing.I would go looking for a bad connection or wire controlling the gauges.The voltage regulator is in the alternator,it controls volts output. I'm jumping around here a bit but I empathize with you in a big way.Go back and double check everything.There must be a fuse to the instrument cluster,or perhaps a bad wire. good luck

No idea what year here ,sorry we dont all live in the UK istan ,if you cannot open the rear doors by hook or by crook then you have a wiring problem and the locks are held down by the central clocking solonoid why well i cannot tell you offhand without a play and and a wiring diagram but i would suspect that a faulty connection somewhere possibly in the footwell where their is a multiblock connector but this is only my suspicion ?

There is an antenna ring around the key hole. you cant see it , because its inside the covers. remove the steering column cover and look at the key hole area/cylinder. you will find a black ring around the hole, that is the antenna for the key. sounds like antenna went bad and now the car is not seeing registered key. does the car have security light?? if so, look at it while you are cranking the car. if its on steady, then the car is "locked out" by the NISSAN immobilizer. Also the key needs to be registered for the car , or it will not start.

Is the key registered for the car?? have to go to dealer and register key, if you haven't done so. unregistered key will not start car. car will crank, but will not start.

There may be a fuse in the fuse panel under dash, but defoggers are often found with a circuit breaker rather than a fuse. There may also be a relay in the circuit to the rear window. You could pull off the connector at the window, and with key on and defogger switch on, check for power at the connector. If you have power, one of the grid wires on the window may be broken. Kits are available to fix that. If no power at the window, IDK, may have to find a wiring diagram, or have an electrician or mechanic start looking into it. Good luck.

Replace the CVC

Need to pull remove the door panel. Test the motor if its bad then replace it. If its working then can. Check fuses, switches, wires and grounds. Could be several things. Could be the window regulator is broken also which would be to replace that is the option. How much do you know about electrical things volt meters and connecting two wires to motors to test things.
