Dark smoke is excess fuel that hasnt been completely burned inside the engine. Most of the time you'll find its a bad fuel injector causing this and dumping far too much fuel in the cylinder. It could still be a turbo issue of course, but I would check injectors first

Check the negative battery cable connection at the engine block. It sounds as if the engine is using the throttle linkeage as a ground I'm not familiar with this car but if that's not the problem try disconnecting the security system, then the throttle position sensor in case something got messed up in the clear flood mode. If all else fails do a hard reset by disconnecting the battery cables from the battery then touch them together for about a minute, the car will run funny for a while and you need to reset your radio settings but it cures many problems. Check your hydraulic fluid level and look for leaks in the system.

B2511 is a either a "steering wheel control convenience key stuck" or "horn output relay circuit short to battery" (means a button on the steering wheel is jammed - also could be as a result of holding a button down for too long and the ECM has determined it has a fault even if it is still functioning properly). The next code is a bit more concerning as it could be reading as a "centre airbag error" on some ECM's, while others show a "lamp backup input circuit failure" (if there isn't an airbag error light on, I'd think it's the lamp backup). Try clearing the codes and then see which code reappears to confirm the error code fault.
