Remove door panel from kia cerato 2006

With a flat blade screwdriver, start at the bottom of the door and pry the panel away. the connectors can be hard to snap away sometimes but they will break away/U will need to take handles off and two large screws holding the large handle on. I need torque settings for 2006 kia cerato 2.l crdi ex cylinder head please

cannot help with the timing marks or the head torques iam afraid as my aldata book doesnt show timing marks ,now for the head torque it shows 35nm and turn 90? and all that, now pull the head down to around 90lbs in three stages ,look at the thickness of the head bolts as well as the thicker they are the more torque they have and how many ,as some engines have 8 but some engines have a 12 .Now as for timing my back street mechanic way is mark bottom pulley with the head off at TDC no1 ,but i think their is a mark on the earlier models but not the later ones as their is no woodruff key so if you cannot get the pulley off to chenge the timing belt you will have to drill into the bell housing and tap the 10mm hole in line with the ring gear to lock the engine to undo the front pulley bolt and tighten it up again ,do not use the starter motor with a big bar on the front pulley bolt jammed in the chassis bodge on newer motors.Right with TDC found you lower the pistons till they are all level so when you put the head on you cannot hit the valves even a thicko like myself cannot go wrong with this ,then fit the head and the camshafts now look on the back of the camshaft and if iam correct and my memory is still working at my advanced years their should be a slot in the back of the cam that has to be level with the head make a bar to hold them in place ,now as for the pump well its a common rail engine so it can in any position it doesnt matter as this engine has a cam sensor ir again my memory serves me rightly ,Look i work on many cars iam not a dealer fitter on one make only all day long ,yesterday i worked on a ford focus ,a jaguar ,then a opel zafiro so by the time i finished i was cream crackered so iam answering only one question this morning as i have to get ready for work as this is spain and today iam a paper walla ,yes paperwork in the traffic office in alicante and dont go their on their ridiculous rules ,here in spain anything you want to do their is 50 or more paper wallas in a line with a rubber stamp in right hand and you dont get that stamp without paying through the nose .Anything else you need to know reply to this post

Could someone please tell me if my 2011 kia cerato has a chain or cam belt. it is now on 132000 and is recent purchase

Some Kia models have a timing chain and some have a belt depending upon their design requirements. If you drive a Kia Rio, Picanto, Cerato, Sorento, Sedona, Venga, Optima, or Sportage, then you have a timing chain that is a critical component for your engine's performance.
