full up the horn cap in the steering wheel

fuse burn out, is that a statement or a question? sure the fuse can burn out. and sure it can stop any fan. all circuits on the car are fused, (cept starter)

It could be the power steering pump is going out, or could be in the rack and pinion. That is a problem that you kind of need to see in person to figure out.

internal transmission problem

Hi Ann, The one at the bottom means empty (sometimes mistakenly taken for meaning enough!) The one in the middle refers to half and the one at the top means full. Fuel gauges as a generalisation are not very accurate, but give only an indication of remaining fuel so don't get caught out. Regards John
