check fluid level and condition if good and clean, check for lock up solenoid problem

check your fuses also youll be suprised. The alternator runs down the battery if its bad or it could be the starter and ect. A multimeter would be something you could use also to check battery and the wires.

There should be a fuelpump test port on the fuelrail. This will tell you if the system has pressure for the initial start or not.

Sounds like the drivers side axle or joint is broken if you turn the wheel all the way in both directions you should be able to see it.

Assuming it was running prior to work completed.

Plug gap 0.042 - 0.046 in.

If you changed all the wires at once, then check again that you have the wires correct.

Check you have spark at the coil, then at plug #1.

If you have spark to plug 1, then check distributor shaft angle. Remove plug 1 and manually turn engine to TDC compression stroke cylinder 1. Remove distributor cap and if the rotor is not pointing to cap tower 1 (your plug wire 1) then plug wires are wrong.

Is this vehicle manufactured in the US? My database only covers vehicles sold in the US. Didn't show 2.2L engine size for 010 ranger, it showed 2.0--2.3 and 2.5. sorry.
