If the fuel pump is good, you have spark, and air...And you checked all fuses, including the crank fuse. Id move into checking crankshaft position sensor and camshaft position sensors. The two sensors communicate with the computer to tell the top half of the engine and lower half of the engine the sequence that they are in if one of them isn't working correctly the car won't even know it's trying to run.

Technically even with starter fluid you should get some type of combustion, regardless though I would move on the checking of solenoids.

Check to see if it needs a tuneup, has a maf sensor or iac that needs cleaning or replacing.

The battery reset protocol usually means the 8 turns routine using the original keys with key fob transponders
Turning the key and moving the shift from park to drive and back again has helped some people

Difficult to guess without seeing it.

Once the interior panel is removed it should be possible to figure out how it should work and from there figure out why it doesn't work and then verify your conclusion by dismantling and examining the components.

Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop. Need to have a professional type diagnostic tool hooked up to view engine sensor data , see what the PCM - engine computer is seeing . Check for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code's . Your just guessing without looking at data .
