Missfire on cylinder 2 and can't open bonnet - Fiat Bravo '01

There are other, professional ways to get the bonnet open without having to break anything. Have someone push down on the hood a bit while someone else pulls on the release. If that doesnt work, you can get behind the grill and access the release by going under grill, find hood latch and pull release.
The misfire can be a number of things. Check for spark,Install a spark tester between spark plug and wire. If there is no spark, check wire, module, coil. If there is spark, check plug, Perform a compression check.

What is the engine oil capacity of the Fiat Strada 1.7td (2005)?

4 litres i think. If you unsure just drain the sump pan. Refit the plug and pour it in 1ltr at a time. go steady tho coz the strada is slow filling pour it too fast and you end up rust proofing your garage floor. LOL

The car shakes when in

Sounds like you have a misfire. basiclly the engine is only running on 3 cylinders instead of 4. The cause of this could be a spark plug, plug lead or ignition coil failure. I would go for the cheapest first, so a new set of spark plugs and leads would not go a miss.

The engine warning light is on because its either picking up the wrong resistance through a coil which indicates coil failure, or its picking up hydrocarbons(unburnt fuel) through the catalyst due to a faulty plug or lead.. If you want the exact source of the fault, a garage can plug a computer into your car and tell you where the fault lies.

Uno,power

Sounds like you got some bad gas. I would either try an additive to remove water and some octane boost. If that doesn't work you will need to drain the tank. This has been a real problem with the price of gas going up. Some stations in my area have been shut down for putting water in the gas. If it was running fine before you got gas, then more than likely this is your problem.

Rtae this as a Fixya if this solves your problem. Ask more questions if you need to.
