Sounds like fuel pressure you’ll have to check it to see you don’t have enough pressure it won’t start

I vote for corroded or loose cable inside door.

Hello Brett Herbolsheimer, My apologies your question was sidelined by a sales pitch for a fix-it repair manual... "jamessiser" never answers any questions... Why do you think "ALL BILLET" means something...? Why is it important to your question...? If that was what you are looking for... I strongly recommend you get the REAL DOCUMENTS through Chrysler Corporation. HOWEVER... in case you still need help with your transmission QUESTION I would like to suggest you give a little back ground as to what it was doing BEFORE THE REBUILD.. Why you have not taken the job back to the shop that did the work... warranty? I admire and respect DIY... I got tired of "DEALERS" breaking/denting my "STUFF" & real MECHANICS are very hard to find. I found it easier & cheaper to break my own stuff myself (sometimes fixing things). Check out the pressure control (below) & read your bulletins at BBB Industries (at bottom, registration required). I used to know those big TorqueFlites very well (old guy)... and I can only see that TRANSMISSION CONTROL Modules would make them better and easier to work on... (TCM). Can't charge wrong port adaptor fits only one port. The smoke and smell is because of the overfill. To much pressure in the system. How much did you over charge? Might be able to help get it back to correct charge

Not to be a smart answer but Is the fluid red in the master cylinder? Someone may have put the wrong fluid in. If not I would spray the area with brake cleaner and blow off with an air gun and look for the specific spot of the leak. Could be power steering fluid leak that is being blown around by the fan and making it appear to be from elsewhere.

Headlights are not fused. More likely bad switch or corroded connections

One cause could be if the steering wheel is cleaned with any liquid or treated with something like Armorall this could get down into the switches that control the radio and cause this condition.

this is a code for a small leak in the evaporative emission system. to properly diagnose you will need a smoke machine. but it is usually the vent solenoid on the charcoal canister

Check fuel lines running from the tank to the engine.

First, do you hear anything when you push on the button? If not than could be one of two things really. The motor burnt out on the window or the switch. In this case start by checking the window switch. If it checks out, then look to the motor, which is located behind the door panel. Be careful removing the panel, it has clips on the back half easily busted. If you do hear the motor running, then listen closely you may also hear a clicking sound, but not always. If this is the case it's most likely the gears that control the window movement.
