Where is the thermostat on 2010 Dodge Nitro
Look where the top radiator hose connects to the intake of the engine it will be in that location more then likely there will be two bolts to take out . But let me say this if you have never replaced a thermostat let some one that has help you.. It has to be put in with the cone up and if you are not careful and lose to much antifreeze you can vapor lock the cooling system.

Nitro. Why doesn't it upshift?
If your vehicle with a Nitro engine is not upshifting and you're getting a P0750 code, it indicates that there is a problem with the shift solenoid "A". This solenoid is responsible for controlling the hydraulic pressure inside the transmission that helps to activate the clutches and bands that are responsible for shifting gears.
There are a few reasons why the shift solenoid "A" may not be functioning properly, which could lead to the transmission not upshifting. These reasons include:
- Malfunctioning Shift Solenoid "A": The shift solenoid "A" could be faulty, stuck, or damaged, preventing it from functioning properly.
- Wiring Issues: There could be issues with the wiring or connections leading to the shift solenoid "A," which could cause it to malfunction.
- Low Transmission Fluid: If the transmission fluid is low or dirty, it could prevent the shift solenoid "A" from functioning properly, causing the transmission to not upshift.
- Internal Transmission Problems: There could be internal problems within the transmission, such as a clogged valve body, damaged transmission bands, or worn clutches, which could cause the shift solenoid "A" to malfunction.
It is recommended to take your vehicle to a certified mechanic or dealership to diagnose and repair the issue, as transmission issues can be complex and require specialized knowledge and equipment to fix properly.
