I would check all connections. Make the belt that spins the alternator is tight. If you can get the vehicle to an advance auto parts or any tech that can test the battery and charging system that would help. They can all so a see if anything is drawing from the battery this will let you know If there is a problem with something draining the battery

Any codes? Go to a store like parts source they will check for free. Any other problems? What could be related to stalling?

You can remove each fuse, one at a time (making certain you know where you took it from each time). A bad fuse will be obvious. The metal inside will be burnt apart instead of looking completely clean. Your bad fuse may take a while to find. Your owner's manual tells you where EVERY fuse is located.

Just replace them it does not require any reprogramming . if any fault codes are present remove them, test drive for a mile or two , if any codes reappear the fault is not fixed.

No doubt, you have lost a connection. It's most likely a ground connection because the rear of the car gets the most abuse from rain, road grime, rocks, etc. Specifically, use a 12 volt trouble light to find the red or black power line. Ground wires are green. If you can't get 12 volts using the ground to a 12 volt source you've found your problem. Unless you're familiar with electrical systems you should be able to find a local car mechanic to help. If you DO know about electrical then replace the ground wire if it's not getting a good ground.

Go to the dealership and have them reprogram it, your fob has a chip in it that needs to be read when the car is started and by using the metal key it probably through an alarm in the ignition.

One flasher runs both front and rear, so that is not the problem (I think). May be bad multifunction switch.

Clicking noise is a relay. Not a fuse. You will have to find which relay is bad out out.
