Cannot undo the 17mm crankshaft pulley on 1.5 daewoo lanos

Use a big rattle gun hooked up to a big compressor.
Or pull out the starter motor and jam a big flat head screwdriver in the flywheels teeth

If the timing belt breaks does it make any damage

Yes-- it will most definitely cause damage to the valves. The motor is an interference unit which means that the pistons will hit all open valves and bent them. requiring a full head job

Cant find the auto transmission fluid level

I don't think there is one. there is a big bolt on side of the housing. you need to get the vehical level and off the ground. top up until oil starts to come out, you will need somthing to catch the oil that comes out. then put the bolt back in.

Fuel pump dont get power

You should have four terminals on the relay. One is power for the pump, one goes to the pump, the third terminal is power for the magnet in the relay, and the fourth is ground from the computer. You would need to figure out if you have power on two of the terminals, and if the fourth is giving a ground connection from the computer. You may need a wiring diagram to know which wires.

Timing belt

Never. The average car should survive it's lifetime without changing the timing belt. However, like anything, it can still break, wear out, or loosen up. No matter the issue, it is usually a major job to replace a timing belt, so give yourself time, and make sure to have the instructions on the exact procedures for changing the timing belt.
