Want to change my stock steering wheel to a stock one that has steering wheel controls on it

Nice idea, but simply putting the wheel on won't allow the controls to work. You need the wiring harness as well and your car must have a compatible harness to connect that harness to. Lastly, since you are using a newer car, there may even be computer modifications required for this if the signals are being sent over the serial data link in the car. These changes are not the simple jobs they once were on the older, pre-computer-controlled car days.

How to connect my phone to my car system?

Not all Chrysler products have uconnect; it may show the button on the radio, but if the uconnect system isn't installed you get the error you're getting; My Dodge Nitro is the same. You can buy the uconnect from the dealer or off of eBay (they run about $300, plus it has to be installed) Details about Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Hands Free Uconnect Kit OEM MOPAR

I have problem with driver windows

1st check all power supply and grounds to the motor when you apply a input from the switch,if you have power and ground to the motor it should work, apply a separate power and ground at the motor connector on one side or the other to run just the motor to verify motor operation, from there work back to where the signal comes from and any wire harnesses to get there, there may be a connection issue from the control module or master switch.Take it to a dealer to have it scanned for a fault in the door module,it should set a open circuit fault if that be the case.

Touch screen frozen on my chrysler 300 touring 2010

This would be a diagnosis for a Chrysler tech at a dealership as they would have the correct test equipment and training to diagnose. But if I were to guess my first thought would be the telematics module.

https://www.300cforums.com/threads/where-is-the-tcm-located.280652/ The TCM is located behind the trim panel, below and to the left of your steering column.
