Is it losing coolant? If yes posible weep hole on the water pumpAre the radiator fans switching on? The constantant control module (or similar nomenclature) may not be telling them to come on.
It's a dumb question, but...are you sure that when you replaced the T-stat you put it in right side up? Spring side toward the engine and you can see the triangular shaped arch before you put the cover on. Fixed that probably a dozen or more times. Those are the inexpensive do it your self fixes.If these don't work or apply. Check and see if the cooling system holds pressure. You can get a loaner at any chain autoparts store.or take your car to the shop and pay fifty or a hundred bucks for the diagnosis.

do you have halogen or HID headlights? i will post the procedure for the halogen if what you have does not look like the picture then get back with me and i will get you the procedure for the HID lights it is serever pages so if that is the one you have give me your e-mail to send the stuff to.

First make sure to disconnect the negative battery terminal. Locate your alternator, fist remove the serpentine belt from the alternator pulley. Disconnect the ground cable and wires and loosen the bolts. First test the alternator and make sure to mark the position before disconnecting.
