you need to clean out the air vents, a/c systems ( more on a/c systems but can do the same on none a/c systems in humid air) can make mould grow in the pipes, you can use the can type cleaner that you put down the vents on the window and the center and side air vents. if it has not been cleaned in a long time would use 2 or 3 cans and clean out every year. also change the pollen filter which is situated in front of the air intake under the window in the engine bay. after the cans have been emptied leave the stuff in the system for a few hours to do there work. then open the windows and run engine with the fans on full speed for 10 min. then clean the floor in the car as some of the muck etc will have dripped onto the carpet.

Servo motor for either the temperature door or mode door is bad. Both use the same servo. Many problems with this on the internet. You can purchase and install a new servo under the dash for about $30 bucks on ebay or amazon. Use Utube to search for removal and installation video. You should have battery voltage at one side of the grids and it should decrease as you run a meter probe across the grind due to the resistance of the grid strips.
