The first thing I think is the 'coil' the second thing I think is the throttle position sensor (TPS). Some sensors will not throw a code as they are pre-ignition sensors (TPS). Press the gas pedal to the floor and start the vehicle - this will bypass the TPS. If the vehicle starts clean or replace the TPS. If not you may have to replace the coil pack or coil(s) but test them first (ohm with volt-meter - book should have specs).

Brakes are something you don't mess with unless you are a qualified mechanic
I would suspect a bad socket, this type that use the push in bulbs,(like a 3057 and 3157) are known for bad contact even if it looks good. Try to wiggle the bulb to see if it lights up, if so replace the socket. Hope this helps and good luck.
What module did you replace ? Was the vehicle transmission shifting OK ? The gauge is controlled by a stepper motor inside the instrument cluster , GM had bad stepper motors 03 to 06 .That is probably your problem .
Speedometer
The instrument panel cluster (IPC) displays the vehicle speed as determined by the engine control module (ECM)/powertrain control module (PCM). The ECM/PCM converts the data from the vehicle speed sensor to a 4,000 pulses/mile signal. The IPC uses the vehicle speed signal circuit (4,000 pulses/mile), class 2 message from the ECM/PCM in order to calculate the vehicle speed. If the IPC detects a malfunction in the vehicle speed signal circuit from the ECM/PCM, the IPC uses the class 2 message from the EBCM, indicating the vehicle speed as a backup. If the speedometer reaches (108 mph) the fuel will shut-off, and it will turn back ON when the speedometer is at (106 mph). The speedometer displays either miles or kilometers as requested by the activation of the english/metric button on the driver information center (DIC). The associated indicator (km/h or mph) illuminates.

You need a special tool to bleed the ABS hydraulic control module first, if you have that then you start by bleeding the wheel farthest from the master cylinder, that is the left rear, then the right rear and then the right front and then the left front. The master cylinder must be bench bled before installing and all air purged...
O2 sensor bank 1 sensor 1 same side as cylinder 1 the sensor before the cat. If engine is facing forward, belts in front it would be on the passenger side. If engine is sideways belts on passenger side, the sensor would be by firewall before cat.
Most of the vent valves are not hard to replace. They are located near the fill tube for the gas tank. Most cars are behind the wheel well. I can usually change them in about 1/2 hour.
Fuel evaporative emission control solenoid malfunction.
These days fuel tanks aren't vented to atmosphere but into a canister of active carbon. At certain times determined by the engine management computer the canister is vented into the engine intake via a solenoid operated valve.
Theoretically the valve could be placed just about anywhere but is often to be found in the engine bay or close to it, such as under a wing, mudguard, fender.
Although the fault code indicates a faulty valve it actually means the valve and/or circuit. The circuit is the wiring, the connections and the ECU.
Could be the latch in the gate. Could be wiring, they tend to break at the top of the gate where the wires goes into the body. Also could be the body control module.
